Aerogistics Holdings Ltd Collaborative Partners.
E-BUSINESS RESEARCH CENTRE
Aerogistics is in collaboration with the e-Business Research Centre (e-BRC) at the University of Liverpool Management School and have jointly developed supply chain solutions for Westland Helicopters Ltd (WHL), Airbus UK, Korean Aerospace Industries, Jaguar, Ford and Delphi.
Selected as one of 11 ESPRC Innovative Manufacturing Research Centres in 2001, the e-BRC is the leading UK centre for research in e-Business. The e-BRC now also forms a component part of the new AIMES Centre, a £6m technology transfer programme with the mission to commercially exploit next generation Internet technologies.

AIMES CENTRE
Aerogistics Headquarters are based at AIMES (Advanced Internet and Emergent Systems), which is a research and technology transfer centre of the University of Liverpool. AIMES is seeking to exploit the potential of an exciting and commercially significant new technology for the benefit of business. The technology concerned – Grid Computing – represents the most significant development in distributed computing since the advent of the Internet, offering the potential to support revolutionary new business models such as the Aerogistics cluster development.
Grid technology supports the Aerogistics business model by enabling inter-connected business communities to share large amounts of data and process complicated business logic in real-time.
